Hardware Components
Nikon Ti2-E motorized inverted microscope with Perfect Focus System
Nikon AX R scan head with galvo and resonant scanners
- DUX-VB4 Detector (2 Tunable GaAsP, 1 Filter-Based GaAsP, and 1 Filter-Based High-Sensitivity PMT). Freely tunable emission bands with ± 1nm accuracy.
8 Laser Lines: 405, 445, 488, 514, 561, 594, 640, and 730 nm
- Prior Piezo Z stage (600 micron)
Tokai-Hit stage-top incubation system with 5% CO2
Lumencor SOLA fluorescence light source
- Opti-Microscan XY Galvo Scanner (Frap, Photoactivation) with 405 and 473nm lasers
- NIS Elements acquisition software
This instrument uses Class 3b lasers. All users must attend laser safety training.
