  • Yokagawa CSU-X1 spinning disk confocal.

  • Nikon LUN-F XL solid state laser combiner: 405 (80mW), 445 (35mW), 488 (80mW), 514 (50mW), 561 (65mW), 640nm (60mW)
  • Hamamatsu ORCA-Fusion BT sCMOS camera (confocal: 6.5 µm2 photodiode)

  • Prior Proscan II motorized stage and shutters
  • Lumencor SOLA fluorescence light source
  • Okolab Stage Top Incubator for heating or cooling and CO2
  • NIS-Elements image acquisition software

This instrument uses Class 3b lasers. All users must attend laser safety training.
