Hamamatsu ORCA-Fusion BT sCMOS camera (confocal: 6.5 µm2 photodiode)
- Prior Proscan II motorized stage and shutters
- Lumencor SOLA fluorescence light source
- Okolab Stage Top Incubator for heating or cooling and CO2
NIS-Elements image acquisition software
This instrument uses Class 3b lasers. All users must attend laser safety training.
