  • Hamamatsu ORCA-R2 cooled CCD camera
  • Prior Proscan III linear-encoded motorized stage, excitation and emission wheels and shutters
  • Prior LumenPro fluorescence light source with excitation and attenuation wheels
  • MetaMorph image acquisition software
  • Tokai Hit stage top incubator (37˚C and 5% CO2)
