The NIC@HMS is hosting a workshop developed and presented by the CellProfiler team. CellProfiler is free, open-source software for quantitative analysis of biological images. No previous experience with CellProfiler is required for this workshop. A variety of CellProfiler functions will be covered in lecture and with hands-on exercises. You’ll need to bring your own laptop to the workshop.
